The events industry has gone trough a record retraction in 2020-21 due to the global pandemic and will begin to recover in late 2021 with reduced valuations favorable to acquirers. The forecast through 2026 is modest growth ripe for consolidation by roll-ups and efficient operators.
Our disruptive technology platform which leverages Big Data has positioned us to be the most efficient player in the business events industry. With our private equity partner we plan to acquire and roll-up a number of key event companies. We are able to de-risk proposed acquisitions by testing and measuring the net lift from our technology before an offer is made, and then we can share this lift with the owners and managers of the roll-up acquisitions for a true win-win and additional shareholder value. We bring top and bottom line growth plus additional employment opportunities for each company that joins us.
Our Disruptive Tech Platform
Demand for events is highly elastic, driven primarily by a) awareness, b) relevancy, c) affordability and d) convenience. We have built a disruptive tech platform which allows us to efficiently generate more registrants, sponsors, & speakers than any other company in the business events space globally.
. Our Big Data tech has allowed us to build the 2nd largest business contact database in the world (behind only LinkedIn which does not allow mass marketing to its database). Our database is currently 429 Million executives and key employees (160 Million of these in the US).
. We are able to precisely target more of the right registrants, sponsors and speakers. Our industry targeting is far more accurate than SIC or NAICS, plus hypertargeting abilities such as Functions, Location Radius, Size, Work history, Schools/Certs, Skills/Interests, & Behavioral responses.
